We want you to love our clothing as much as we do. Should a purchased garment fall short of your reasonable expectations, our return/exchange policy, detailed on each receipt, allows for repairs, replacements, or a full refund.

All exchanges and returns require an original salesreceipt and must be made within 15 days of theoriginal purchase date. Gifts may be exchanged or returned for a Paul SimonGift Card within 15 days of purchase. CHRISTMAS GIFT POLICYGifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit.  No cash or credit card refunds can be given.  All returns & exchanges must be made by January 15, 2025. All SALES ARE FINAL on sale items, jewelry, belts,scarves,special occasion clothing, special orders and Trunk Show purchases.

We stand behind the quality of our clothing and accessories. Enjoy the assurance that minor repairs, such as buttons and seams, come at no extra cost to you.

We love when our customers share their positive experiences in our stores with others. We provide gift certificates and gift cards for those special moments.

Usage: Gift cards are redeemable both in-store and online, allowing recipients to shop with ease, regardless of location. Simply present the gift card in-store at checkout or enter the card details online during purchase.
Lost or Misplaced Gift Cards: If a gift card is lost or misplaced, only the original purchaser may request a reissue. To reissue a lost or misplaced gift card, the original purchaser must provide valid identification or proof of the original payment method used for the purchase. This is to ensure that we can verify ownership of the gift card.
No Expiration: Our gift cards do not expire. You can redeem them at any time, whether in-store or online, for added convenience and flexibility.

Limit one per customer. This gift card may not be returned, redeemed or exchanged for cash. Card must be presented at time of purchase. This card is not valid for previous purchases and may not be combined with any other offers. Does not apply to special orders, layaways, men's shoes, sale items or gift certificates. Paul Simon is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards and reserves the right to change these requirements.

Rewards have no cash value. Reward dollars may only be used to purchase merchandise within the store of Paul Simon Men. Reward dollars may not be used on any special orders, shoes, and are not applicable on previous purchases. Rewards dollars may not be transferable as a gift. The maximum amount of rewards earned in a 6 month period is $500. Any unredeemed rewards will expire after the 6 month period that it was awarded for. Paul Simon Co. reserves the right to change or terminate the Paul Simon Rewards program at any time.
